I like the jewelry accessories and the hair edit, though the difference between the soft, blurred edges and the hard, jagged edges needs work. I like to smooth out the sharp corners and go around the model with the polygonal lasso tool then smooth the selection by about 5 pixels and delete the outside area to give it a hard edge. Lately I've also been adding an outline stroke to my models set to 1-2 pixels (depending on the overall size of the model) and lowering the stroke opacity to 20% (to make them stand out from the background but not too far).

Thank you! I kept looking at her saying "That's looking real weird" at all the different lines etc. I kept trying to fix up the blurry bits with little success :/ But I will take your advice, thanks!!

Another thing I've been paying attention to is using the burn tool to darked the edges of the model I've grafted back onto the body (arms, legs, hands, feet, etc) to give the model depth.
